By using Aylake you agree to these terms. If you use Aylake for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it. We are based in the United Kingdom; contact us at hello@aylake.com.

The free report analyses a business's public information — its website, its Google Maps listing, search results, and what AI assistants say when asked about it — and returns a score with suggested improvements. It needs no account.

Paid plans add ongoing monitoring, review alerts, drafted replies and listing management. Plans are described on our pricing page and may change as the product develops.

Reports are indicative, not definitive. AI assistants give different answers to the same question at different times, to different people, and in different places. A report is a snapshot of what specific models answered at one moment, not a guarantee of what any user will see.

We query models through APIs. These are related to, but not identical to, the consumer products people use, and results differ between them. Where a model answered without searching the web, the report says so.

Scores are our own weighting of signals we consider important. They are not endorsed by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Perplexity or anyone else, and no score guarantees any ranking or business outcome. Suggested fixes are recommendations, not professional advice — you decide what to act on.

Plans start with a 14-day free trial and no card. During early access we set accounts up by hand, so there may be a delay between requesting a trial and it starting. Nothing is charged during a trial, and we will not charge you without asking for payment details first. Cancel by emailing us.

You agree not to:

• submit businesses in order to harass, disparage or impersonate them
• circumvent rate limits, or automate the free grader at scale
• resell reports as your own without our written agreement
• use Aylake to generate fake reviews or to filter out negative ones

On that last point: we do not gate reviews and will not build anything that does. It breaches Google's policies and we consider it dishonest.

Where Aylake drafts a reply to a review, it is a suggestion. Nothing is ever published without your explicit approval, and once you approve it, the reply is yours. You are responsible for what is published in your business's name. Reviews touching on health, safety, legal matters or minors are escalated to you without a draft.

We aim to keep Aylake available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Parts of the product depend on third parties — Google, AI providers, search providers — and may be degraded or unavailable if they are. Where we cannot measure something, the report says so rather than guessing.

You keep all rights in the information you give us and in your business's content. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service. We keep the reports we generate and may use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve accuracy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, or £100 if you paid nothing. The free report is provided as-is.

You can stop using Aylake or close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused paid period.

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Material changes will be emailed to account holders. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
